a meticulous remodeling of a 250 square meter house in the vibrant city of Sao Paulo. Our design vision unfolded as we liberated the existing plan, liberating it from the constraints of a large bathroom that once dominated the space. In its place, we curated an expansive, open environment seamlessly blending kitchen and living spaces.

The pièce de résistance of this intervention lies in the connection between the original structure and a subsequent remodeling. A translucent, polycarbonate volume takes center stage, serving as a luminous bridge that not only bathes the interior in natural light but also delineates the delicate transition between social and private spaces.
