Caravelle, an iconic structure built in the 1960s, proudly anchoring one half of a dynamic two-building complex. Poised at the intersection of two bustling streets and strategically positioned within 100 meters of a convenient metro stop, Caravelle stands as a testament to urban connectivity and architectural legacy.

Our project focused on the comprehensive transformation of all common areas, redefining the communal landscape to introduce versatile spaces that foster community engagement. Apartments underwent a thoughtful remodeling process, aligning with contemporary area standards while maintaining an intimate and efficient design.Situated in close proximity to the airport, Caravelle offers not only urban convenience but also swift access to international travel, making it a cornerstone of seamless city living.
